Jai Shree Ram 🙏 bhaiya salute! This add-on definitely is a cherry on top! As I am planning to get one, but have different thoughts in my mind not sure why! I have been driving Nexon Diesel and have not encountered any major issues with it. Hope this may go the same way with Gurkha. I have made this vehicle to the next level and resolved almost all issues as much as I could. I will do power enhancement on engine as I have added so much weight. Force service center persons will work by forcing them regularly otherwise they work like government employees. 🤣

I said in comment section by replying that all the modifications done in Jaipur by multiple shops/garages and It took around 4 L and now I am trying to get engine remapping also so It will cost me more than 4.5 L

Gurkha owner here. Quick question: the Prad Bumper is extremely heavy and with the large tyres (different from the stock) - the car's mileage is severely dampened for sure. What are you getting now per kmpl (if you have measured)?

Just a technical point. Using 285 mm wide tyres on a 6.5 inch wide(162.5 mm) wide rim is not recommended or safe. At 7:48 i noticed that left CV boot may be leaking grease and lower ball joint may be damaged as well. Please have it checked. Best of luck with your Gurkha! 🙏👍

I do admire your notice, that axel boot was leaking due to minor cut on boot (it happens when thread get stuck), that's why it was leaking since couple of days. I already have changed that co-driver side axel boot in force service center. I also have made video on that topic, will upload in the future.

@@ujassinghrajawat the main reason for Axle boot getting cut is due to overstretched boot since the CV joint angles have changed due to lift kit. You need fit longer CV boots else this issue will keep happenning. Especially when the steering is at full lock the boots are at maximum extension and get overstretched. To my first point. Fitting 285 mm tires on a 162 mm wide rim will cause uneven tyre wear they will debead if you are running lower pressures offroad.

@@IndianOverlander I understand your concern and know very well that you have more experience with gurkha but as per service center mechanical head statement it doesn't matter on axel boot as axel turns all around while drive. I did many off the road situations after changing of one side new axel boot and not facing that issue now. I was watching your videos since last year 😊

obviously that was installed to reduce the problem of stock vehicle lower supporting arms lower level. and now the problem has been resolved with significant ground clearance this vehicle can achieve with wide tyres supports of good road grip. I will make video on this topic in the future.
