Jack's motto is "Do God's work and He will do your work!"
the recipe
Ingredients:
6 large turkey wings seperated
1/2 pound of button mushrooms
Large onion
Bell pepper
Celery
Garlic
Poultry seasoning
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt and pepper
Dried Basil
1/2 cup chicken broth with oregano
1 onion/ mushroom packet from Lipton
1/2 can Cream of Chicken
Management :
Preheat the oven to 400° f (200°C)
Season turkey wings with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, poultry seasoning, basil and oregano.
Coat the pan with a small amount of EVOO and add the mushrooms, chopped onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic to cover the bottom of the pan. Place the turkey wings on top of the vegetables, skin side down, wrap well with aluminum foil and place in the oven for 1 hour.
Remove pan and add 1/2 cup chicken broth, replace foil and cook for an additional 45 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and pour most of the liquid, including the vegetables, into a saucepan.
Turn the wings skin side up and return them to the oven uncovered on the grill for 20 minutes (the skin will turn brown and slightly crispy). Texture is all there is!
In the pan with the drippings, add onion/mushroom packet, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can of cream of chicken soup. (Add spices to taste) Simmer for 10 minutes and then pour over the turkey wings. Cover with aluminum foil and return to the oven for an additional 20 minutes until turkey is tender.

Not being able to copyright a recipe doesn't mean you can copy other people's work without giving them any credit. Sure, Mary Smith from the blog I Love To Eat Yummy Food didn't invent "roast chicken", but if you make a video using her technique or recipe, you have a moral duty to give her credit.

"If you like your recipe, don't share it" So has this all been you not liking the food you've been making?
Recipes can be protected under copyright law if they are accompanied by “substantial literary expression.” This expression can be an explanation or detailed directions, which is likely why food and recipe bloggers often share stories and personal anecdotes alongside a recipe's ingredients. 0:30

There is a difference between ethical and legal obligations. Even if it is true that you don't legally have to credit where you got the recipes from, if you are making money off of them from monetizing a video and not giving credit to whomever you took the recipe from that feels wrong to me.
The stuff Americans can buy "ready made" in cans and bags is an atrocity. The ingredients on those would make it illegal to sell outside a pharmacy or nuclear plant. Besides the fact that I would make a great detour around anyone wearing that shirt.
This is the most cooking channel of all time. :)
