I’ve got a killer recipe for almost any fish. You grill the fish whole. Just cut a few strips in the skin on each side and rub sea salt in them, then pull out the guts and stuff it with actual lemon grass, garlic, onion, and peppers if you like. Grill until the skin is crispy and a little burned and the eyes are popping out. And boom simple gourmet meal 👍👍👍👍

My grandad lived on the Snake River in Whitebird, ID. There was a huge sturgeon that primarily lived in a deep hole near his house and was about 14 feet. To his knowledge no one ever landed it. But several people got it up alongside 20-24 foot jet sleds and it was massive. He recalled a time that sturgeon drug a 20 foot sled backwards against the current right in front of his house.

Good day, I know I haven't fished for Sturgeon in 20 years but, we used to fish the bottom of Bonneville Dam, from the Oregon side of the Columbia River. I don't know if the laws have changed but, back then, you could keep your fish if it was between 60 and 72 inches. My mom would soak it in buttermilk for awhile and deep fry it. Eating it was like eating a Nice Steak.
