Rise and Sunbreak just makes me wish they'll recreate more old maps for modern games, because I had fun exploring the Sandy Plains, Flooded Forest, and the Jungle in a new form for the first time. (also the Sandy Plains was one of my all-time favorite maps, lol)

It is really cool to see how they can revitalize the older maps to more modern standards, as a lot of the older maps were very flat. It'd definitely be cool to see them do it again at some point, probably won't in Wilds though. As I get the impression Wilds will go with the World approach, a frontier in a still little explored land. But I could definitely seem them doing it again in a future installment.

All I can say is Ichinose san work will always felt aesthetically rounded, colourful in arts & complete feelings. His take just hits the spot with 3rd, X & now rise. While the director for world & his past works was awesome too, but I can somewhat feel his direct is much more towards realism, grounded & grungy like feel to the game. Also a never ending feel on his takes. Wishing that both directors will get the moment to collab for future titles

MH always has a good amount of free DLC

I love Rise.

Rise/sunbreak was so good man. 1800 hrs on switch and honestly I’d still be playing regularly if I could transfer my save to pc. I think if they went a different direction with the weapon hit sound fx, wire fall was significantly toned down and goss/tetra/akno got subs then there’d be no question about it being my favorite entry. That being said the game does soooo much good I can’t help but love it

Rise/subreak is amazing, i love the gameplay and story, thank you capcom and especially the monster hunter development team

I really hope they tone down a bit on the cosmetic DLCs and put them back in the game as quest rewards...

You guys are amazing i kinda wish i could work in a game studio like yours once

I didn't even think Khezu was yokai based until today.

We absolutely need to get Espinas back along with more frontier monsters in Wilds! My big hope is Berukyurosu

Beru was such a horrible fight compared to Dora in actuality, I hope they introduce Rukodiora or Odi first, as Astalos overlaps with Beru quite a bit visually. ( Context : before they added Tonfas and Magnet Spikes and proceeds to completely break game balance when they were running out of subscribers )

We got Mizu plush HBG layered weapon, this is clearly peak MonHun. Truly the greatest game ever, is a travesty it didn't get GoTY. *mizu bias overstatement*

I still haven't beaten Sunbreak and finish and the hunts on base Rise ^^;

while mh world looks better as a whole, i think the maps in rise/sunbreak were SO much more interesting to explore

@Monster Hunter Keep monsters dinosaur themed/motif and and bring more frontier monsters into mainline monster hunter games oh and bring the tonfa and gauntlet/punch/kick based weapon classes.🤔🤨🧐

Man yesterday 6 hours spent fighting Valkhana in iceborne no luck :(

I wasn't a big fan of Rise, but Sunbreaks improvements easily made it my favourite 5th gen game

Imagine having an anniversary video and the staff talk is like 5% of it. Anyways...i enjoyed Rise and one of my fav bits was the monster intros (with the rakugo/singer??). I like The Crimson Glow, Aknosom, Harag! and of course Magnamalo and Malzeno Maximoff.

They totally ignored clutch claw in the world/iceborne interview. Yet, for this one they talk about wirebugs. For being such a game changer, they know clutch claw was a big mistake.

World was a good addition, but Rise wasn't my style. Doesn't have the core MH feel to it. Looking forward to Wilds! Hoping it's a core MH addition to the series. Full open world? I'm hyped to find out more.
