What is Mongolian Chicken? It makes use of meat fried to crispy perfection and drowned in a thick sauce mainly composed of soy sauce and dark brown sugar.

250 gram chicken breast
leeks and tomato cut into strips
chopped garlic and Ginger
1 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
1 1/2 tsp suger
1 tbsp corn flour
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 egg
2 tbsp plain flour
