I have just purchased the new 41 mm Stop2go Limited edition ref MST.4101B.LBV.1, have wanted one as a daily wear for years. I'm very pleased with it being quartz as opposed to the older style mechanical version. It has a good build quality, no crown, accurate hand alignment and the stop2go feature is unique to the 41 mm. This watch is not featured on the Mondaine website probably because of a limited run of 888 pieces.

Congrats on your Stop2Go. It is most likely discontinued. I guess it didn’t garner enough interest and fanfare. Nice watch nonetheless.

Love this watch. I have one with red/ black leather strap. Based on the Swiss Railroad time clock at stations. Simple but classic! Thanx for this review ✌️👍

Thanks for dropping by! I sure hope the video was helpful. These are really nice iconic designs for not a lot of money. But I have since sold off both of them due to zero wrist time.

I think I’d pick the smaller of the two sizes. I’d rather have the lugs against my skin than overhanging.

Great review! Iconic design and mine keeps amazing time and the second hand lines up perfectly with the seconds marks, something that annoys me when it doesn't happen! Very easy to read for older eyes! I may go for the mesh instead of red/black leather! I had the same dial misalignment and returned it for another. Shame to have such defects for the price paid. Wish the lugs turned down. For the Larger one, what battery did you use (my low battery indicator just appeared, thanks)?

Totally agree on the iconic design. And total letdown with all the alignment issues. I’ve had this model twice and both had such problems. I typically change at the watch store so I’m not sure what battery they’ve used.

More like 6.75. 17cm.

Interesting that it's thin nature seems to make it unsuitable for a wrist. It's like too much of a good thing.

Good observation. I would think the lack of curve in the lugs has caused the rather poor fit. But overall this series would look great if kept at maximum 38-39mm.
