These are a great base to make a fuller meal out of. Adding in and egg, shrimp, chicken, pork, veggies, other complimentary seasonings, etc.

I think you’re absolutely right! I try to review just what’s in the package but I have some video ideas of sprucing these bad boys up! I think with a few additions these can be too contenders.

Nice review. What I was looking for when I searched KZread originally was a good size comparison of what each packet of noodles looks like. Out on a dinner plate gave me a great size comparison, cheers.

If you actually follow the preparation instructions, they don't "congeal," or stick together. You are supposed to add some of the noodle cooking water and sauce packet together, to hot noodles.

Ahhhh I must have missed that! Thanks for pointing that! I might have to do a re-review, give Momofuku a fair shake. Thanks for watching!

There are no such preparation instructions for Momofuku noodles (or the original A-Sha noodles either), and doing so would result in a watered-down starchy mess of a sauce. He cooked everything correctly, and sometimes these noodles do congeal if you don't stir the sauce in immediately after draining, but by no means should anyone be adding cooking water to a dry noodle unless the packaging says so. Keep up the good work, Chase!

The noodles are fabulous - thick and high quality. The sauces however, are bland, not enough sauce or flavor. Very disappointing and I tried all the flavors, none of them are worth it

Very disappointing. We might be in the minority as this is my most disliked video haha. Thanks for watching and making me feel like I’m not alone in my review!

I did not like the noodles at all. The noodles were overcooked at 3 minutes. I prefer the noodles from the c9 pant Momofuku partnered with and less expensive….

Sorry I didn't provide the level of review you expected. That lets me know I need to get into more detail! I like to put the dry noodles on a plate so its easier for the viewers to see. Thank you for your feedback and for watching!
