Hey. Found your channel going down a Claire Saffitz rabbit hole. Not sure if you’re aware but the audio (specifically the speaking) is mostly out of the left. The audio in the Claire carrot cake video was good but since then the audio has been (mostly) left sided. Sometimes during the videos the speaking comes through both sides but most times not. Hope that is helpful for future videos. Other than that, I’ve been enjoying your videos. I like the added humor in them. Keep it up!

You can do both! I love it as it, but it’s also delicious if you fry up both sides in oil!

What a great idea! As long as you have it secure, the exact tying method is not as important!

I try to make this and the banh tet bust open so I end up with banh tet soup 🥣🤦‍♂️
