Yes, in the military being up 72 hours, I would have done some shady things for sleep, but never would I have confessed to a crime I didn’t commit

Thank GOD, tho justice may have been served, it doesn't help that poor little girl one bit. My heart goes out to her & her father. How heartbreaking all around. That mom's gotta be some kind of simple. Hope she doesn't have any more children . Predators can smell these people a mile away!

I'm so glad that the child was removed from Mother's care. I don't understand why after definitely finding signs of abuse that the judge returned her to her mother?

I'm very concerned about the blaming and clear resentment the "mother" has for this child...that poor child feels it as well...

When a man is innocent he would not care how long he would be sitting in that jail he would never admit to touching a child ever that is a cop out and she failed her child as a mother bottom line

I hope that child found responsible loving adults to watch over her. Her parents certainly do not qualify.

The man could have asked for a lawyer at any time and refused to answer anymore questions. Her explanation is bs.

Both parents clearly never made it past middle school 🥴

I've worked a 36 hour shift before. This guy can suck it up for a 3 hour interrogation

Dr Phil maybe you should research how many parents have to send their kids to molesters because the family court sees one parent saying their child is being abused as just a vindictive ex spouse

She chose the man over her child.

“How does a man deliver her back into molestors hands?” Um because the system failed and the cops told him to. Quit victim blaming, the average person doesn’t know all their options. And when told by the police what to do they rarely know better.

Both parents are narcissistic and negligent. I hope that poor child begins to heal 😔

I don't think either of them are narcissistic. I think the father is overly agreeable. Which means he's prone to manipulation, which is how the police advised he had no choice. And the mother is angry and selfish. Which you don't need to have a personality disorder to be. You just have to be an awful person.

I don’t care what the police would have told me. I have two daughters and They would have had to send an army to get my daughter away from me and take her back. I don’t care what happened to me.

That is not what a father would do

So she's saying that a man that she is known for 3 years she trusted enough to take his word over the daughter that she gave birth to and has raised for 8 years give me a break this woman has no backbone and he is a coward

People that break the law do it in spite of their knowledge of the law

I didn’t talk to him for like three months for sexually assaulting my daughter. Oh I’m sorry I meant I didn’t talk to him for like three months for confessing to sexually assaulting my daughter. This woman doesn’t deserve a child. If her only job was to push a button all day I still don’t find her competent enough to do that.

I’m going to start thanking god every morning that I’m not a stupid bit*h, that values the company of men over all else.

This entire story is very unsettling. How could a grown woman be so desperate for male acceptance and approval that she's willing to put her daughter in danger to keep him around? Damn this stupid woman and her creepy fiance, that little girl comes first.

What on earth is wrong with this woman? Why would she chose to believe this man? What makes her so desperate for a man in her life that she would sacrifice her child to keep him?

Oh yeah, he’s the Queen of that back and forth. He tells parents of adult addicts they’re enabling and need to show tough love but the next episode he’s condemning parents for cutting off addicted and addled adult children.

The father makes me sick. He sent his daughter back to a man who was molesting him. He is sicker then the mother. He hated every second of it he claims. Really now he's a victim crying? Explain that. Didn't see a lawyer. Listened to the police.. Most disturbing case ever.
