If you haven’t got the rubbing issues resolved get some TeraFlex half inch spacers they work awesome that’s how I’ve always leveled out my jeep, I’m assuming a half inch spacer on top of your spring in the rear will do wonders for you, I use them to level out my jeep mostly in the front but I’ve also use them in the rear, the problem with these lift kits for the 392 is because we have the standard 392 and the extreme recon, some of these lift kits they’re using the diesel springs for the front, I am going with Rockcrawler either 4 1/2 inch or 3 1/2 inch haven’t decided yet but I have their 4 1/2 inch lift on mine 2018 jeep JL and running 39 inch tires and running 1 inch spacer on top of my 4 1/2 inch springs and I have zero rubbing , And that amount of spacer is not much it doesn’t affect really much of anything in regards to performance, also I recommend if you don’t have it new spring perch, rock crawler has them gets rid of all the bow in the springs and works wonders adds a little bit of extra height. Kudos to you on your jeep, have to give you credit all the work that you done just to get that repainted, I can only imagine the cost involved, you should be very proud it turned out beautiful👍

Thank you! I was thinking about a spring spacer or wheel spacers. I think some extra negative offset would help as well. Mine are only -12.

the TeraFlex half inch Half inch spacers they stack on each other I also recommend the spring correction perch for the bottom of the springs and as the vehicle gets a little bit taller if your shocks are adjustable on the front or rear when needed tighten up compression dampening, so far found the rock crawler springs works very well on these taller lifts because they have three progressive spring rates which works very well and then adding the spacer or spacers to get the height you want, adjustable shocks you’re able to get rid of front end dive stinkbug I run my FOX 3.0 shocks on the front tighten up the compression damping and I leave The rear softer, gives a great ride and then when I go off road back out the compression damping But with your experience I’m sure you’re aware of all this, you have the best looking garage, I love that floor👍

What was the original factory color of your 392? Sting Grey? How did you handle the engine bay regarding the re-paint?

Did you choose black because it’s the best color to leave the engine bay once you change the color? If you have time at some point I would like to talk with you regarding anything you came across that is critical while disassembling your 392 to prep it for the color change. I know it’s a pretty extensive process. Thanks.
