This trip took place the first week of March 2024. The Mojave Desert is 25,000 square miles and contains 2 primarily underground rivers. Most of the area is between 2000-4000 feet in elevation. The biggest city in the Mojave is Las Vegas. Deth Valley is located in the extreme northern part of the desert.
