That’s a beautiful home. I especially love that shower in the master bath. No shower curtain or sliding glass doors to deal with!

This one is about $300,000. Not sure if that's turn key or just the steuxture. Don't forget the land lol.

Yes, some turnkey solutions include all of that. But I’m not sure why these KZreadrs make these options look so awesome for people and don’t ever include the price for their viewers. I call bullshit on all these videos because none of them ever tell you the full price.

This is a mobile home with modular parts 😢 on website, it have single and double in description which makes it not completely modular

New to this kind of home. Can anyone tell me if they are insulated, are wired and plumbed? Heat, a/c? Can you live in any climate? Gorgeous and so spacious, more affordable by far than anything in my area.

It’s a trailer, a double wide. It’s nice but way overpriced for a trailer!

Modular homes have to meet local building codes as well as federal codes, manufactured homes only have to meet federal codes. But either way it is possible nowadays to get a beautiful, long lasting home. These aren't your daddy's mobiles!

It's a modular, not a manufactured. It's on a concrete slab and up to building codes of a normal stick built home. They can absolutely stand up to hard weather. Not saying they can stand a tornado because some regular houses can't either.

Do you have a single wide with 2 living space. One for owner one for Mom in kaw
