If you like “half modular” style houses like this, I have whole line/street I’m designing of “row houses”, I actually have a twin set of them in bricklink designer program series 5 right now, called “the remodeled Neighbor”, but I also have the individual houses on rebrickable too, 2 are finished, working on 3rd n 4th now, but if your into mocs, and “residential” you should check them out

Do you have any recommendations? I’m building the university right now and recently completed the courthouse and medieval museum! I like the site - good way to customise your city without being a master builder!
