Modified Kostya Tszyu’s Endurance Training/Изменённая Тренировка На Выносливость от Кости Цзю

Please try this endurance workout and especially target your shoulders.
This training is extremely helpful for someone who practice boxing (to survive 12 rounds if you are a professional boxer), other martial arts, or if someone just want to increase his/her endurance/stamina.
I found this training on Kostya Tszyu’s KZread page and slightly modified to fit my level of physical ability.
