Will the Prof check his facts. Secularism was Not in the original constitution of 1947. It was inserted by Indira Gandhi in 1977 with the whole opposition in jail. Secondly it is not a standalone statement. It was in response to Congress manifesto for distribution of wealth which you have conveniently not mentioned and a spineless PM who said that Muslims have the first right to India’s wealth.
