This technology revolutionized commercial construction. I know them as tilt ups. The sides lock into each other. Really cool to see how crazy quick they go together, they are probably the most significant things to come to commercial construction in my years.

At 17:30 you see panels for the basement with window in them. The problem is that these windows are below grade. The outside grade is at the first story. So the windows are buried in the ground. Oops. The marketing people should have checked with the engineers.
As I am watching this, all I can think about is "Build that wall, Build that wall, Build that wall, Build that wall,"
"I'm gonna go get the papers, get the papers."

In the US, hurricanes, blizzards, flooding or tornadoes would cause total and catastrophic failure. Insurance cos would not Underwrite this crap, then what?
