    Nobody builds grand structures like gothic Cathedrals, castles or stately homes. Everything is soulless and utilitarian for a world with no appetite for creativity or making things last for centuries.

    Grand structures lasting very long cost lots and lots and lots of money to maintain. In one gothic Cathedral a lot of people can live (apartments). We do not have the slavery anymore to build then if you don’t live in weird Arabic environments.

    The structure referred to as 'CFBlock' at 4:12 in the video is, in fact, known as an ICF Block, which is an abbreviation for Insulated Concrete Formwork. Although it is well-suited for swimming pools, its primary purpose lies in residential construction, including the construction of basements.

    That polymer brick mortar may be stronger, but it has to be much slower to apply. You will still have to go back and fill the joints with some product on the finished side.

    Construction companies should invest in a 3D printer that uses various types of materials….. just to make. In-house parts … for fleet vehicles.. on-site needs … speed up projects that just need a. Hard to get part …. Inputs from employees that suggest if I had a tool like this it would speed up production… Having an in-house spare parts manufacturing.. and maintenance repairing ability …. Would. Be. Handy !!!!!

    you dont need a 3d printer for that and in fact a 3d printer would, with many of the needs you mentioned, make a weaker/lower quality product OR cost much more than getting a fabricator to do it or having maintenance make the parts themselves through assembly, cutting, shearing, welding, etc.

    You know it take propane or CNG to heat that stuff?😂

  • @TechnologyInsider1

    @TechnologyInsider1

    8 ай бұрын

    Yes, you are saying the right thing. The propane and compressed natural gas (CNG) for heating cold asphalt on surfaces. Propane is favored for its efficiency, portability, and cost-effectiveness, while CNG is valued for its clean-burning properties but has lower energy density and may require infrastructure considerations. The choice between these fuels depends on project needs, environmental regulations, and availability of infrastructure. Ultimately, selecting the right fuel is crucial for efficient and environmentally responsible asphalt heating.
