I'm curious what you all think about the Encore Electromancer? As an already rare card and the Anime fans snatching them up for their personal collections could it end up being one of the most expensive modern cards out there? Trying to decide if I should keep or sell now.
I recall using frenetic efreet, winning every coin flip putting ppl on tilt. it was actually a fun memory from type 2 when it was in standard. could've been 1.5, but still awesome. I still have the efreets, need to deploy

Invert Polarity is sick.
Clearly power creep is MTG's business model. I don't even play commander anymore because the power creep and excessive sets is impossible to keep up with
Grief is definitely a fair card that becomes underpowered at higher levels. It really falls flat if you know how to build/play against it

@JakeandJoelareMagic why else would you introduce a new person if not to have one of the "J's" go. It's tchekovs gun of the magic industry, as soon as one of you moved away, it set in motion the eventual end. I am glad I can swim back to shore from this jumped ship. Currently it feels like 3 people all trying to say something at the same time, sorry my first comment is negative; long time watcher.

I don't take feedback negatively, you're good. Spec is a mod/writer/producer on the channel, I assure you his presence does not herald the end of anything lol. If there was speaking over each other, I completely get that it can be annoying. It's our third or fourth real stream together so we're getting used to the rhythm of three. Vs two. Which it will still be 95% of the time.
I haven't played any magic since MH3... going to go away for a while i think...

Me too. I just feel so apathetic about MTG in the current era. Not only do I feel priced out, but also the quality of gameplay is getting worse too.

@@sixonethreee I am not feeling priced out, I ma just really bored, Modern is very Meh, Pioneer is ok, Commander was my favourite but they have shit that format to hell, literally every game of commander feels the same now... BORING
