Hexomedine really worked on a massive single cystic pimple on my chin. I get this pimple once every two years and was even prescribed an antibiotic the first time I got it because derm thought it was a staph infection. Fast forward a couple of weeks ago when the lesion was hard and red and swollen. I even had to take motrin for a few days to take swelling down because everything I put on it (15% Finacea, 3% salicylic acid, Benzamycin) did nothing for the thing except completely cook the top layer. I read this Top Shelf and ordered the Hexomedine that same day. First thing I noticed when I opened the bottle was the super strong rubbing alcohol smell. After applying with a q-tip once in the morning and night for about two days, it totally brought the angry redness down and it was no longer hard to the touch. In my experience there was some stinging when first applying, especially because area was raw from all the other stuff I was using, as well as some dryness because of the alcohol I assume. It certainly does bring relief though. I wasn't expecting it to work so well honestly. I don't understand why the main ingredient in this product, hexamidine, isn't more readily available or marketed. I'd never heard of hexamidine prior to this Top Shelf. I really recommend it for that one crazy hormonal monster pimple. I don't know how this would work on someone with persistent all-over cystic acne though.

Camille is gorgeous as heck.

I thoroughly enjoyed this. I loved that intothegloss listed all the items (name and all) and she showed us what she REALLY uses and not some sponsored crap. They were all various brands and a lot of them were natural. Hope Intothegloss uploads more videos like this and less of the glossier sponsored vids..

The sweater, what´s actually a cardigan is from "the elder statesman" - when you google Harry styles in the elder statesman you find him wearing this/her cardigan. It was hers and then he wore it all the time.
