this is why i wasn't mad that a smoker hosts a show about wellness. because she has a bad habit this whole journey has a point. i mean there's nothing interesting about watching someone who's already 100% healthy finding out how great they are. also im a smoker too so its nice to see someone with the same struggles ;)

The self-admitted TRUTH of this host ,as Influencer, who continued to unsuccessfully STRUGGLE with STOPPING smoking ,is that her plan is not working; which is a RED FLAG that she is NEGLEGENTLY not trying another means to the Solution to Stop; marking Her as a LOSER, from whom there should be a parting of the ways. These other Comments seem to be spirited with a " a loser loves company mentality", which seems to indicate the very presence of a self-enabling self-defeatist AND counterproductive strategy that should be changed, going forward.

I like how Camille is so honest. It is much more interesting to watch a show with a presenter who is more like the average person then a health nut. I'm sure a lot of smokers can relate to her and wanting to be healthy but not motivated to quit.

exactly, I'm so agree with you. There's a lot of teenagers having a rolemodel like kardashians (which I don't think that's pretty cool) but what about Camille? she's so honest and different, more people should put an eye on her, she's a stunning person

I love how personal this is. Camille's personality really makes this series, so seeing her personal journey and interviewing people in her home and such, makes me want to watch so much more than just another generic wellness series about eating healthy, blablabla. Plus, she's my girl crush and I just get so much outfit inspiration from her looks in this series, cause it never looks contrived.

This is the best series Vogue has put out. I am usually let-down because most of the videos have no depth & end up being product pitches or the obviously scripted Q&A; so staged. This is real & really important. Camille really puts herself out there & is not afraid to be vulnerable. Camille you are fabulous & down-to-earth. I hope you find the key to release smoking from your life. It is extremely addictive--don't be hard on yourself. Just take it one moment at a time. Best to you♥

Your comment breathes new meaning into counselling; as it reflects patience, and being gently supportive of reasonably consistent and successive gains , without trying to a overachieve and frustratingly be challenged with failure. It also reflects depth of compassion of your mission to actually HELP people, ALL things considered, with insightful acceptance that life is NOT perfect. Your Picture Perfect Comment resonates with the UNDERSTANDING and IDEAL voice of a Therapist.

That topic on eating disorders really hit home for me. Ever since I could remember, even in kindergarten I body checked myself, without of course really realizing what I was doing, but knowing that I didn’t like my body. I struggled with dysmorphia for so many years, and still even today. My eating disorder made me depressed, it made me cut, it controlled my every thought, It told me all these horrible toxic lies. I relapsed twice, until my last relapse, that’s when I knew I had to make a change! And it was the hardest thing I ever had to go through and overcome. The hardest part of my ED to overcome was being bulimic, because of how natural it came for me, but now struggling with what I went through, and being recovered, I’ve learned to look at my body in a healthier way, and tell myself positive words of affirmation, even when I have days that I’m feeling the complete opposite, I force myself to say those positive affirmations. I still have my struggle days, but they don’t even come close to what they used to 6 years ago. Ive also taught myself to not use working out as a punishment, but a way to love and care for my body. If those of you reading this can relate and are still struggling with an ED, just know that YOU CAN/WILL OVERCOME THIS, and that you are SO much stronger than your ED, just believe in yourself and find your self love, because no matter what we think and view of ourselves, people see us beautiful in theirs eyes💕And they’re right, we are all beautiful; unique in our own way, and made perfect. Really enjoyed this video, glad it was shared :)

When I went vegan I recovered from various eating disorders I've suffered from for over 7 years. It was a shift from thinking of food as good as bad, instead food was this thing I eat to make the world a more positive place. I felt like food could be a tool to stop animal suffering, global warming and makes my body healthy. I love food and I enjoy it and don't deny myself anything.

oh my gosh yes!!!! i've always had a really bad relationship with food, and at one point i suffered from bulimia. i found veganism to be the most natural way to live. i feel whole when i eat plant based. (slipping back is real though bc the triggers remain)

i'm vegan and definitely don't have an eating disorder. Please don't mention ED in the wrong way. Veganism helped me recover from my eating disorder. Not eating meat and dairy is not a restriction it's a freaking liberation, when i stopped having dairy products, it literally changed my life, inside and out of my body. I'm never going back to that, i just naturally feel better. If you think it works better for you to eat meat and dairies then it's your choice and it's amazing, i'm glad. But please, don't say these words carelessly, some people actually find peace in veganism in connection with their ED, and this kind of comment can fuck them up a little. I 100% respect your choice tho.

Dani J. Roberts please, dani, never EVER say that again. you obviously have no clue what it feels like to hate yourself to the point of forcing yourself to vomit for aesthetic's sake. veganism helped me recover from bulimia. it is freedom. its forces me to connect with myself, forced me to reconsider beauty and wellness. just because you don't agree with our lifestyle choices doesn't make it a disorder. i know what it feels like to be sick, and i'm trying to rediscover what it feels like to be well. veganism is helping me get there. not being vegan is your choice, but please don't shit on mine.

I smoked a pack a day for 5 years starting at 15 and once I started wheezing, realized I wanted to quit. I believed that if I was weak enough to start I could be strong enough to to quit. It was hard for me because my closest friends were smokers and we loved to sit outside, smoke and talk for hours. Up until that point, my identity was wrapped up in being a smoker. Luckily my friends started moving away to go to school so I used that as an opportunity to quit. Like Camille said in the last segment, I feared I would be loosing a part of myself. Would I still be the chill girl who wore moccasins and idolized David Bowie and David Gilmour? Turns out that I am, although, I ended up losing the moccasins. In order to grow you do give things up and it's important to remember that those are not the real things that make you, you.

You bet I am! But better, my health is amazing :) and it's a domino effect, then it's easier to exercise then you don't even remember you were a smoker...and the money man!!

I especially loved Dr McCurdy-Mckinnon's points about self love, and I thought Molly's advice about tackling the root of the problem instead of supplementing it was also poignant; it seems like in today's society we only ever think about treating the symptoms instead of trying to prevent the problem.

This is super awesome. I think this is going to help a lot of people figure out that wellness is not just one thing. It's a multitude of things helping your body, making you healthier, and ultimately making you happier.

Eating a plant based diet has been helping me to have a more 'stable' diet and I physically feel better but when Im bored or haven't been exercising for a few days I fall into the habit of just really trying not to 'overeat'- but tbh as long as I keep myself busy, I don't really think and stress about food.

Vogue! Thank you so much for this exciting and enlightening project! Camille is such a beauty, and by that I also mean her heart and the way of thinking and approach to people. Thank you once again, don't want to watch all series at once thus saving it up for later :) Greetings from Russia!

This is amazing, looking forward to the next one Camille. I think maybe do a cooking episode, as a foodie I know I would enjoy that, in that episode we could learn about healthy foods and meals. Don't forget the desserts. I have also heard about reiki, I have no idea what it is, some people swear by it; wouldn't mind learning about that.
