@@clyde._ But how dos the police get access to these peoples phones and identities. Even if you intercept the messages how do they know who is the user?

@@VFCF1 I guess that once the laziness and overconfidence kicks in it becomes easier for the police to figure out who is who. If just one of the phones in the group can be confirmed they start from there. Plus look at the messages, they all tend to talk openly after a while. They don’t access the phones. They get the messages at the server side. The police goes to the companies providing the phones and takes control of their servers. It is even possible to make your own private chat, away from public servers.
