@@gothnerd887 no easy way and I know it’s hard. Keep pushing yourself and your boundaries. Practise is what makes you gain confidence - exactly as you see here - but it’s not easy because you have to put yourself in situations you don’t feel comfortable (such as in front of an audience) over and over in order to get used to it. I worked with a guy many years ago who could just walk up to the front of a meeting and present like he was having a chat over coffee, even in front of a room full of hundreds of people. He could even take on a colleague’s presentation at the last minute and be able to talk about the (quite complicated) subject with virtually no prep. I was in awe. At that time, I would shake uncontrollably when I stood up in front of even 10 people, and my speech would really suffer from my lips trembling and being too fast and unclear, and these were with my own presentations that I had practised over and over with. Now, as a job, I can go into a classroom with little preparation and manage to teach a class of 30. I have even talked in front of 2000 with only a slight apprehension. You can improve your confidence, it just takes work. And if you are thinking, “you can but I couldn’t”, I used to think exactly that way, and I did it, but it did take me a while of pushing myself and being uncomfortable. I hope you do manage to read this response, and I wish you luck:)
