You mentioned needing to take off within 20-30s of powering up to prevent overheating. One thing I do sometimes if it's going to be sitting for a moment is go into pit mode, you can do this with any HDZero VTX by bringing the sticks down and to the outside. That's 0 mW pit mode with the RF circuit completely off, and the VTX won't heat up nearly as much. To exit pit mode, just bring the sticks down and to the inside.

Haha.. the dogs know the drill. I have the 1watt VTX, just waiting to install it in something. I'm really excited about the 1S VTX. We'll see what happens.

omg forget the whoop, this almost sounds like a Michael Cassette remix of "Murder Weapon" by the 16 Bit Lolitas! awesome music choice! I like it alot! any chance you can humor me with a track name? :) btw I have one of these mob7hdzero's and I like it alot...nothing crazy special but neat to see HDZERO included in some "run-of-the-mill" BNF drones. def fun and the picture looks great....also my first ELRS quad so I am slowly moving onto that as well, forget tracer.....im over it.

It can possibly be tuned out, but these hd whoops on the heavy side are very prone to the bad yaw wash. The thinking p16 hd with vista was really bad about too. I converted mine to a toothpick.

It might be able to be tuned out, but why would it be shipped this way? Another concern is that it's happening while flying straight, not just when turning or doing loops.

@@OneManUnmanned I missed that part. I thought it was just on dives whether straight dives or diving when coming out of a loop. Could it be when a certain air speed it reached? Which would also happen at lower power with a tail wind?

If it is on BF 4.3, maybe try UAV tech's whoop preset and see if that helps.

Hi, I just got this quad and for some reason it says No Gyro/Acc on betaflight. Do you know why this is happening. This is with no flight time just setup?

I've seen the sudden yawing behavior on this drone. I believe it was a bad firmware flash. Try reflashing to BF4.3.0rc6 and it should correct the issue. As for normal whoop yaw washout, on 75mm whoops set dynamic idle to around 54 and that should fix the issue. I really enjoy your videos and I hope to see your channel grow.

@@OneManUnmanned I agree with ETX FPV, try reflashing, even if you reflash to the same version. I had this issue once too and that fixed it. I also agree with the dynamic idle recommendation to reduce yaw washout.

how you not burn up the FCs? ive been through 3 FCs on my bushido and none of them made it past the 7th battery. it flew great till it didnt

You will need an HDZero google or a goggle with an HDMI input to accept an HDZero VRX. Unfortunately, these goggles don't have an HDMI input port.

I have the Gimp RC Box goggles what antennas you recommend for my box goggles because I just purchased the geprc 25

I don’t know much about Gimp RC, but I used a Lumenier Circular polarized antenna setup(both Omni and Patch). Something similar to these: amzn.to/3LSjLFw I also started off with a basic patch antenna like this: amzn.to/3MYhI2C

Yeh, I guess they were a limited run model. They were and still is the only HDZero google on the market. If you want a dedicated set of HDZero goggles, one should be available for purchase in a few months.

No one said it flew great... It did not fly like crap either. I just post my my honest experiences on this and every drone. That's the only reason I film the unboxing as well as the setup. Why should I tell you my experiences, when you can see it for yourself. The drone can, and should fly better.. I'll be looking into the issue in the near future.
