Hey Fred, I have the Fire 8 and do not see the Developer Option in my Device Option's list.

aznboycols click the tab where it says the serial number and then it should pop up saying your 4 steps or w.e. away from being a developer. Keep clicking it till it's at 0 then the developer option will pop up then after that just follow Fred's steps.
