I'm still here, just can't commit the time i'd like too into video editing anymore with all the business tasks at hand keeping me busy. I have a feel it's going to be a slow crawl for a while as I haven't had time to work on the Jeep much either these days. Maybe when the weather gets nicer.

Air down enough and 2wd can have plenty of fun in the sand. I routinely forget I'm not in 4wd until I stop in a bad spot lol.

Dana 30 uses pinion shims. This was the first axle I ever regeared so I'm wondering if i messed something up. Seems the rear bearing keeps wearing down for some reason.

@@NickInTimeFilms are you using an impact to get the bearing and pinion pressed together that can damage the race and cage

Negative, using a 2ft torque wrench to put it together, but i can't say I've properly checked the pinion drag in a while. I might also be missing part of an oil slinger because it wasn't fitting during the rebuild. I'm going to pull everything apart a rebuild it proper when the weather gets better
