Not trying to be rude, but where does it say tattoos are haram? As far as I am aware, it doesn't affect wudhu either, as it is embedded under the skin, which is why it doesn't wash off. I personally haven't come across any hadith saying tattoos are haram, but they can be if something wrong/disrespectful/Quranic verses are written
