If Nick had fought it, still served the entire suspension and came back it likely would have been on there. Instead, he was cleared to fight the next year despite failing his 2nd test in 3 fights and his 3rd overall by the same athletic commission. Nick chose to retire again and if anything, Nick screwed Nick.

@@kaerbear Because it shouldn't be. Nick Diaz failed three tests for THC in Nevada. And after every time he failed a test in Nevada for THC levels, they raised the limit of metabolites that would trigger a test failure. It's not a screw job that a grown ass man gave so little fucks that he: 1) Didn't know or care what would flag him on his piss test the first time. 2) Kept signing fights to be held in Vegas if he didn't want to stop smoking near fight time 3) Didn't stop, or ramp down his smoking near fight time when he kept signing for fights in Nevada. He needed to handle his business and either get into another business, or put the bong down for a few days. Just another episode of "when keeping it real goes wrong".

The cases was dismissed because it was extremely weak when applied to the elements of the statute he needed to be able to prove. He had basically zero documentation that proved the claims he made proving all the elements that he needed to prove. The opinion lays out pretty thoroughly why Marks arguments fell short of proving and how almost every argument he made and the things he pointed to as proof of his claims didnt clearly prove his claim and required huge inferential leaps to interpret the documentation he provided to truly back up his claims. People have to remember that what seems so simple to prove because many can easily accept his argument by looking back on historical business practices but the documentary burden is high and needs to be clear in showing it; not be contingent on applying inferences a specific way that can easily prove an alternative truth if one simply applies an alternate inference. And that was how he was attempting to prove every point in his argument so it was an extremely weak case and somewhat surprising it lived as long as it did before it truly died a full death.

Today, we're way past steroids from the 1970s. And tomorrow, the PEDs will actually be genetic. I can show you a presentation with Professor George Church, top-researcher in human-genetics, cloning and engineering, proposing the transposition of "Myostatin-related muscle hypertrophy" in to humans. Look that up. Double muscles and extra bone strength, simply via a genetic change. No exercise required. You'd just look like jacked PED Brock Lesnar naturally. And there are no known health-effect from the condition. Ironically, the lab where this research is being developed is the Program for Evolutionary Dynamics at MIT. PED for short. ...And it was founded by Jeffrey Epstein who ran a private off-campus lab with leading geneticists in the field of human-cloning and genetic engineering. Lots of researchers are losing their jobs over covering up tens of millions of dollars in Epstein funding. It'll come up in a Google search quite easily for anyone who wants to know more. Epstein had a profound interest in the field, and met with nearly every key genomics researcher. I'm also working on a second video going in to these issues. For example, did you know you can go online and order human-cloning vectors in tens of thousands of varieties? And that they can be programmed to activate or de-activate at various temperatures, or under specific light-conditions? And they're called "Luciferase". Because why not name your human-cloning device after Satan? I've been expecting to see these kinds of products popping up in ONE Championship or the Olympics for a while now. China has been running human genetic experiments for years. Far beyond just the two sisters most often talked about.

@Neo Benito Yeah that's a perfect example, Shane Carwin hits and has him in trouble in the very first round, Lesnar basically runs away and balls up with no answer, it wasn't until Carwin gasses out via his own fault that caused him that fight. Lesnar didn't necessarily win via stand-up in that fight did he? He can't take a punch.

It's somewhat ironic that the one fight where Bisping won deservedly & decisively was that late call up rematch with Rockhold ... Sadly he didn't defend the title much at all, he got a iffy hometown decision against Hendo to legitimize his title (unlike that ginger leprechaun), then was out injured until the GSP $$$ fight came along - so he handily dodged his gauntlet of challengers (Jacaré, Whittaker, but more noticeably Romero, who he readily goaded every chance he could safe in the knowledge he was never getting in the cage with him to fight)

It was either outright dangerous for him to be fighting at all straight after that TRT-tor fight or it wasn't (yes, injuries to areas like the eyes can degenerate, which happened in this case - but Bisping chose to remain an active fighter, meaning he needed to defend that belt ... One of the things I loved about PRIDE's rules was #1 criteria...effort to finish the fight. Now Bas/Randleman may not have been fought under those rules, but I don't think it's as controversial as people claim it to be. Randleman ended up too gassed to make any attempt to improve position or truly end the fight, while Bas went for a submission attempt that he nearly got, and landed more strikes from the bottom. Youre being wayyy too overboard with how big of a robbery you think it is. Look at the stats. Bas landed 181 strikes to Kevin's 56. I'm not even trying to say 100% Bas should have won, just that its no where close to being the biggest robbery. He also broke Kevin's rib, and Kevin went to the hospital after the fight, Bas went out for beers.

A screw job just happened in fight night in saturday 16 of may 2020, marlon “chito” vera fought with song yadong, the fight was obvious that chito vera dominated the fight and he was convinced that he won, even song yadong knew he lost. Even this circumstances of the fight, the “unanimous decision” went in favor of song yadong, who acted really surprised when he won, because it was obvious that he was dominated in second and third round by marlin chito vera. I’m thinking this was an obvious screw job by the ufc, as they see this young kid song yadong that could be one of the figures of the agency as he is so young and dominant. Even ufc urijah faber, as well as Cody garbrandt were promoting song’s fight. They see this kid a potential superstar but the result was obvious he lost. I think ufc is trying to push this kid’a career even though this certain fight he didn’t deserved it, affecting chito vera’s career. Ufc should offer more respect to fighters who give everything they can to the company as chito vera, he is even a ufc narrator for Spanish tv. The fight was good and the result was obvious but the three judges scored song win. This seems really strange and comes to Ming that the ufc agency is behind all this, as they push new faces for the company. Even though both of these fighters are good at what they do, the result should had been in favor to chito. For the good of the sport, just keep the game clean!
