This company is infamous for it. If I remember correctly when Toughman contests were brought back on FX like 20 years ago, I think they did the same.

This was absolutely hilarious -- Pat's commentary on this guy's S-tier entrance and his subsequent knockout had me grinning from ear to ear.

Remember when Undertaker said he made entrances longer on purpose if he thought the match wasn't going to deliver so the fans would still have something to enjoy? That doesn't work so well with MMA now, does it?

I used to ring announce for a minor league feeder to the ufc…I had a guy once after the fighters meeting wanted to talk for me for the 9th time about his entrance & his nickname and how exactly and when exactly to say it..after his, and I can’t make this up…rapper friend finished his life with rap about him on the way to the cage etc.. finally I ran out of patience and said.. “you’re very very concerned about how you’re getting into the cage..you would be smarter to be more concerned how you leave it. He told me I was disrespectful, I told him it was just my advice after seeing hundreds and hundreds of fighters climb into the cage. He left on a stretcher about a minute or so into the first round. 🤷‍♂️

That was an early stoppage the dude wasn't even out only got stunned by 1 punch. If you think this was bad than you have never watched an mma fight in your life. I have seen refs let fights go when the fighter was 5 times more stunned than this. I guess Mario Yamasaki found work in Europe. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
