8:38 that is the most cartoon *thud* sound ive ever heard. half expected bugs bunny to be there standing over fudd lmao
Love the fans reactions every time. Fortunately now a days, there’s netting extending past the dugout so hopefully there’s less fan injuries.
2:51 wish we would’ve seen the rest of that fight
With this many bats flying after every swing you'd think this is how the game was played haha

It would be a false advertisement, the game isn't as fun as this compilation.
Watching this video is a thousand times more fun than watching any baseball game
Bat: Goes flying Crowd: WhoooOOOAAAAAAoooh
I showed my coach this video and told him in not the only one to let go of a bat on accident
6:03 that's the luckiest shit ever
Davis threw his bat like 300 ft
9:04 Fancy footwork by the ump!
I've been subscribed since 2000 your channel and grew a lot. Conrgats on 3,000 :) and can you do off the foul pole hômerüns if you haven't

Davis threw that bat far enough to feed the starving kids in Africa
Arizona, San Diego game..... Was that the same at bat for the batter?
4:50 That’s good *heith*
0:52 - background: earlier in the game, Ryan Rupe (the pitcher) had plunked Nomar Garciaparra after Nomar took Rupe deep, and then Rupe plunked Manny Ramirez. Trot Nixon (the batter) was aiming for revenge at Rupe by throwing the bat, but mis-timed the let-go.
I used to play in a wood bat league and our catcher was addicted to pine tar. Dude would no joke apply pine tar to his bat about two or three times per game. Maybe some of these pros should take a page out of his book.
Benny Hill theme would go good with this
it's the "look out" loop
love the vids man
0:54 he was getting revenge on the pitcher
HAHA the guys face at 7:58. Such a smug look.
wheres todd fraziers throw the bat homerun?!

Malachi Armstrong I was wondering the same thing
A few years ago, Johann Santana (I think) was batting for the Mets and hit a ball to second. Just when the fielder was going to catch it, the ball hit the bat, giving him a base hit.

good video
great vids man
Matt Wieters' one?
Also known as Batters becoming Pitchers.
the crowd always have the same sound whenever someone throws there bat
Reminds me of Clark Reedy
When u hit a home with the bat itself
Only Todd Frazier would throw his bat and hit a home run.
I wonder a lot how people catch baseballs with their bare hands at these games. How the hell do you catch a bat?
No point watching this as a bluejay fan, encarn does it every couple of games lmao
can you do playoff blunders
At 1:44 how does a bat slip out of your hands and go that far?

They swing hard.
edwing losing allllllllll his bats
Boy the giants need a new equipment manager
Fine then $100,000 if this happens. Bet u it won’t happen anymore after that
It's giving a "gift"
I thought it was a automatic out if you throw your bat
I'd say swinging way too hard is to blame for losing the grip of the bat
Why was machado and Vogt about to fight?

because was intentional

BB666 The pitcher threw a pitch inside at Manny Machado so he retaliated by throwing the bat on the next pitch. Only thing is the bat went towards third base instead of pitchers mound
LOOK OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What about the Reds player who lost his bat while hitting a home run?

Frazier, and yes.
You could have just done a video on Cubs players losing their bat
guaoooooo
baseball dangerous spectator sport with bats and foul liners.
Aha hunter
You want to know what kind of guy your player is? Watch him after he loses his bat on a swing. If he looks to see the aftermath, he's a decent human being. If he doesn't, might be a douchebag. If he's Manny Machado, he deserves to be thrown at every at bat...

Agreed - Edwin Encarnation is the worst for the frequency of his throwing his bat into the crowd. I have seen him do it THREE TIMES in one game with the Bluejays! He never seems to give a crap about where it went, if it hit someone, and he never sprays any pine tar on it!
I can understand the people who catch a bat flying into the stands wanting to keep it, but when someone leans over the wall to get it off the ground, they should be ejected from the stadium for stealing it

Ernest Bywater to the MLB bats are just like balls they have so many that they really don't care

Yh u really think the MLB gives a shit about a bat which they probably got for free off endorsements and doesn't cost a lot either way when they're a multi billion dollar company and the fans are probably working average jobs on average income. Nah definitely not worth ejecting them.
Someone needs to give Edwin Encarnacion some pine tar.

Tigerpuffer Or Velcro
There's gotta be a fine or something for doing this. I realize it's not intentional, but up until recently, this happened like once a year. Clearly something has changed, whether it's the equipment (lack pine tar? Bad batting gloves?) or the way hitters are taught, and if it was happening in just an empty stadium it'd be fine, but someone is going to eventually get killed by a launched bat.

People should pay attention, and sometimes they just loose their grip

You can put up your arms and still get severely injured. That shouldn't be an understood risk of going to a baseball game. Hitters should hang onto the bat...

Things happens and the people sitting in the areas where bats and balls could come your way should understand the risks
only 1 clip of russell losing his bat? I counted at least 5 times when i watched him the past couple of seasons
My favorite part was when he lost his bat
anyone else flinch at 2:19
