@@ChancellorOfTheSpellchecker because it’s exposure for impact.. wether he loses or wins it’s still exposure for the brand. Impact needs more eyes on it and this cross brand stuff is golden for them. Especially when omega was their champion.

Morrissey gave Wardlow his best match in this series. His improvement since coming back to TV is astounding.

I love how they did a reference to the Big Boss Man with his finishing slam one of my favs back in the 80s and 90s with the WWF R.I.P a true legend.

Ray Traylor was disrespected and treated like a likable underneath guy last time I saw him in WCW nWo tried to scribble nWo on his sweaty forehead after henning used his ass and his singlet to try and wipe it off smh 🤦🏽‍♂️ 😂

Morrissey is a damn good heel. Great facial expressions, great playin to the crowd, great heelish mannerisms. Sells really well too.

Few years back I saw video of Morrissey about fighting with depression and stuffs. Dude was absolutely broken. Now I feel so happy to see him in this shape. You Go big boy!

I love how every new match Wardlow has, there's a new feat of his athletic ability we see on display. His snap hurricurana on Archer completely was unexpected. Now a Kurt-angle esque Moonsault? Sheesh. Wardlow is definitely a hybrid!

The best part of this match: "WE WANT ENZO! NO WE DON'T!"

It was a dead giveaway when he said "7ft" and "can't teach that" last week

Enzo amore in AEW would be hella entertaining, I know most wrestling fan didn't like him, but guy has charisma than whole entire AEW roster

@@Mo-gg8ts you're right but this is different kind of connection they have with each other, for example Jonathan Greasham was working with Impact as a Free Agent but after ROH purchase he got contracted by Tony khan, but still got the Freedom to work on other Promotions, The Briscoes recently appeared on MLW, NWA and Impact, Deonna Purrazo as ROH women's Champion could've been stripped of the championship because she's not employed to Tony khan but this doesn't happen in the Forbidden door Era, of course she Jobbed to Martinez on AEW and Dropped her Title but here im taking about Appearance on different promotions, Jay white is currently appearing on NJPW, Impact most recently on AEW as well, Jon Moxley is in AEW, but he's the GCW world champion, Matt cardona is the NWA world champion and a regular performer in Impact..

This was a good between these two, I was so excited to see Morrissey in AEW!! Also The "WE WANT ENZO, NO WE DON'T!" chants got me laughing so hard. 🤣

I've seen a couple of Nzo's (Enzos) more recent matches. He looks like he's in great shape and has markedly improved his ring work.

I love mjf on the mic. His skills on the mic are truly second to none.

I was really impressed with how in shape he is. I hope this leads to more of him in AEW

Love the AEW/IMPACT/NJPW relationships! They get to keep things fresh.

Amazing to see him. He had a lot of mental and physical concerns and it looks like he has overcome them. He looks great these days.

Morrissey is working like a big guy and doing a good job of it. Slow, methodical and menacing. He's really improved with the right people around him.

great match all around. I wasn't sure what to expect from this match, but damn it was probably my favourite of the night. Well paced, well executed moves, a straight battle of the beasts.

There’s just something impressive about wrestlers who walk over the top rope with ease. Kevin Nash, Big Show, Kane, Visera, Khali, Omos, Undertaker at one point in the late 90s, Giant Gonzalez, Andre the giant, Big John Stud, the list goes on. Now W. Morissey. They just don’t make’em like they use to.

Good match Wardlows going far and W Mroissesy had a good debut hope he doesn’t get buried. That moonsault was good and it’s crazy to see how he almost landed it 4.3/5

So happy for this dude man he’s in amazing shape and after all he’s been through he must feel so satisfied… He killed it 🔥🔥🔥

Shout Out AEW for giving the Big Bossman some respect.. That was cool..

Morrissey looked great. Loved seeing him back on a bigger show. He's been doing rock solid stuff on Impact, he's in the best shape of his life, and he's in a good relationship with Lexy Nair. I'm happy for the dude. I hope he made a good impression backstage in AEW, and we maybe see him again at some point, and if not, I'll still enjoy his work on Impact.

When MJF was giving hints last week, my #1 guess was Morrissey, glad to see I was right

I'm so glad he is there. He has that look on his face. He is happy to be there.

So happy that W. Morrisey has come back from the abyss and looks better than ever. It could have so easily went the other way. He looked a bit nervous at the beginning but very quickly shook that off and looked amazing

Between this and Deonna it’s nice to see Impact and AEW crossing over again As for Morrissey he’s done well to reinvent himself and overcome his demons, had a decent match with Wardlow

Morrissey on impact Is a big man face, Archer Is a big man heel, pratically the Kane of the aew, normal ti seel morrissey more stronger than archer

I was just giving an example of why Lance Archer is treated like a monster jobber and in matches against the powerhouse he must seem less strong despite his bigger size. Morrissey on the other hand at Impact is a baby face, so there must be more competition with the face powerhouse on duty. however to me last week Archer didn't seem so weak.

Bro he hit archer with 4 powerbombs. It took one for morrissey. And archer put up a better fight than morrissey

Never seen Wardlow wrestle before, that was impressive

Dude is in phenomenal shape. Happy for him.

Been loving his work since he joined impact and I'm glad he was able to have a GREAT hoss vs hoss match against Wardlow. Really glad W. Morrissey is in a better place mentally and able to wrestle again

Watching Wardlow really shine has been phenomenal. Wonder how he's gonna handle MJF when the time comes.

It's def going to be a squash match, something telling me MJF is going to be throwing out all the stops and Easter eggs but I'm sure when he gets to MJF, Wardlow is going to take him out easily

The WE WANT ENZO chant, immediately followed by NO WE DON’T, was the absolute highlight of the night for me. Well, that and the Ray Fenix/Top Flight match. The way gravity doesn’t effect those two, they must have cheat codes on or something.
