You should look for "brigadeiro" recipe. It's a really traditional Brazilian dessert and super easy to be prepared.
it’s very famous cake in post-soviet countries. It’s called “potato” or “kartoshka”. My favorite cake from childhood 🥰

Unsweetened condensed milk is Evaporated milk...this recipe calls for sweetened condensed milk...I would wonder about using sugar-free or fat-free🤔

Das ist eine süßliche Kondensmilch. Ich kenne sie unter dem Namen Milchmädchen. Die müsste man aus dem Rewe, akzenta oder edeka bekommen.

Das sieht aus wie die russische gesüßte Kondensmilch. Bekommst du ab und zu auch bei Lidl oder immer im russischen Lebensmittelgeschäft.
