Put my CAI today after I was running a short ram for 2 years! Wow definitely a difference in the response the car dont feel sluggish. That Cold air rushing in helps with the combustion that's for sure.. mine is a AEM brand scored at junkyard 7 bucks.

can you help me by making a short video about purge valves? I don't know exactly where the hoses are connected, especially the one with the green cap

I bought an Injen CAI. Do you have any install videos on that? I also cut my muffler off and ran a straight pipe out the back. It revs up faster with the exhaust, but after you engage lift it sounds funny, like a thump thump exhaust note. It runs like that until you shut it off for a couple of minutes. Anything on that? I have two 2000 GT-S's.

hey Mitch, i saw in the engine that ECU dont have air cooling duct, it is why you just put it off because this block the cold air intake pipe? Do Ecu dont really need this? What you think about this?

I thought the 2003 Celica’s revved lower then the earlier gens

Toyota Celica GT-S all are 8350RPM REV LIMITER... But the 02's and 05's Fuel cut off at 7800.

Does a automatic have other attachments on the air box? All I see is people doing this on manuals.

Did you ever do the right up..somewhere along the lines I missed a step..got it installed but now the car doesn’t start..I’ve connected something wrong

funny little emissions thing is air injection system. for cold start emissions....hope you never have an evap leak lol that service port is for the smoke test. why didn't you reinstall the ecu breather tube? yea it needs modified, but little piece of silicone hose will fix that and your ecu will vent.

its works for the 1zz engine?

Can you pass smog check with this ?

Yes it is. It has a filter for air & an angle so water cannot come up. Great for daily driving!
