Kobe Brown stepped up for his team he shot the ball good from behind the three late in that 2nd half.

The Kobe dunk was just unreal. He absolutely put the team on his back and took over during that 12 point stretch unlike anyone since Denmon against kU. Can’t believe we have a superstar like him after the last decade and I’m glad he gets the chance to show the country who he is

The Mountain West is Very Good League Just Disappointing 1st round but they Played Tough and all are surprisingly loaded with Depth But a lot more games left will see How far SDSU can go I Like Bradley guy a lot Tough Big body point Guard who can finish Thru contact with strength….But Will see what Happens My TERPS Played Great Especially Julian Reese I Hope he has another Big Game but I Know Bama is Gonna Be Fun one GO TERPS shock the world 🌎

I can see where Mizzou teams of the past would have again lost this first round game. Mizzou really shot well to beat Utah State. Great game for Mizzou.
Had to come back to this game after such a terrible year
I actually felt bad for that pretty young cheerleader teary eyed after the game. Utah State was a good team they just had no answer for Kobe Brown in the 2nd half. Hoping Mizzou can get past Princeton next round.
It feels like once Dennis Gates started to win, Mizzou Athletics started to win. Currently ranked top 25 in three popular sports

Certainly the Mountain West should never have more than 3 teams in the tournament. Nevada did not belong in the NCAA tournament. Utah State and Boise State do belong in the NCAA tournament but they ran into two good opponents.

@@BillyDrakePianoMan That is debatable. If Vanderbilt is better than Utah State and Boise State, they are at least on par with SDSU. I think Missouri is slightly stronger than SDSU and SDSU can go toe to toe with Arkansas (remember Arkansas barely beat SDSU in OT earlier this season) and Auburn. The only way I could see SDSU beating Missouri is that Missouri would have to be at SDSU's home court.

@@123ucr I wouldn’t say they Vandy are at least on par with SDSU. If this year’s team Commodores squad was in the Mountain West, they would’ve been the ones losing to SDSU in the MW championship game, not Utah State.

Mountain west is such an overrated conference. Nevada shouldn’t have made the tournament and Utah state shouldn’t have been favored to win this

The only plus for the MWC this tournament is that at least one of the MWC teams did make it to the second round this year and that is SDSU (their best team in the MWC). We'll see if they make the Sweet 16. If SDSU makes the Sweet 16, then maybe the MWC might get some justice. But, other than that, the Mountain West is an overrated conference. Why? It is because the Mountain West very seldom face strong teams especially in non-conference games. Also, the power conferences like the SEC, Big Ten and Big 12 and Pac-12 are strong for a reason. It is because they play aggressive basketball and the players run and pass really fast and are good at making even tough shots. Also, the players in power conferences against players in mid majors are taller and faster and perhaps play smarter basketball than the mid majors. At least Utah State does belong in the NCAA tournament but Missouri is on a different level of basketball. Heck, I bet Missouri would even beat San Diego State but maybe in a squeaker.

Brown and Hodge can get quality shots up whenever they want. If they’re going in Mizzou can beat anybody, when they’re not Mizzou loses by 20.
Mizzu style of play is too much to prosper for on short notice they’ll make the elite 8 then lose to bama
