I would like to inform you guys that Mr. Robinson's daughter is an American citizen by birth even though she was born in the Philippines because there's a law that says here in the US that she will automatically acquire the citizenship of her Father. Even Rosie will become a citizen because of her mother. Try to get an immigration lawyer in the Philippines that will help you regarding this matter. I am 100% sure that Rosie's mother will be able to obtain her US passport in the US embassy there in the Philippines

He would have to register her birth with the embassy a bit late. Any of her kids would be subject to the laws that might require living in the us for a period of time.

Yes, she can apply for adult derivative. Just proves the legitimacy, birth certificate sign by father and for affiliation DNA test

I think Mike's wife never remarried is due to the law in the Philippines... Since there is no divorce in the Philippines, she would have to prove that her husband had passed away in order to remarry. I'm not trying to take away from her devotion to Mike, but perhaps it was a determining factor?
