1 lb Lean beef stew cubes
1 tsp fresh ginger
1 tsp fresh garlic
1/4 cup dry tamarind ( soaked 1/2 cup or more warm water for 30 mins)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp salt
2 Tbl veg oil

You're vid is the only correct one here on KZread because real mishkaki must be marinated with tamarind if its not then it's not mishkaki. So many other videos without the tamarind are dumb. Maybe they will learn one day.

Thanks for your early reply Educate us for chicken recipe. moreover need to know in Muscat street (Al Quram beach) Mishkaki makers they have some kind of sauce, up on completion of mishkaki. dip into the sauce to make more spicy can you tell us the sauce recipe 😋

However we used Your recipe into chicken it's now in refrigerator for marinate Will be use in after 3hrs will inform you the taste 😋. We are eagerly waiting😋

@@appu7934 It will work ok but in my opinion, tamarind does not go very well with chicken it's just a matter of preference not a rule as such
hmmmmm.so u used tamerind to make the meat tender??!!!..not for taste?? i have problem with chewy meat everytime :/ i wat told to use kiwi..or papaya. and now u taught us to use tamarhind!!!

Tamarind is not a tenderizer it is used to make the dish tangy, papaya or raw pineapple paste tenderizes tough meat.

Tamarind is actually used as a tenderiser in the middle east.

For broil which is the upper heat only, my oven does not have temperature for that but you can go between 380 to 400 F /.190 to 200 C
