Question - I replaced both radiators in my '13 6.7 last November with OEM - the secondary is leaking again from the dreaded corner seams (both sides on this one) - when I went to check it, I noticed that the secondary seems to be resting on the tow hook mounts - I hadn't noticed this before and thought that may be the cause. Everything is tight, and I had zero trouble lining up mounts and support bars when I installed them. I watched this video closely to see if I could see where y'alls was resting but I couldn't see - can you tell me if there should be a gap between the secondary and the tow hook mount? I'm nearly set on getting a mishimoto for the secondary as a replacement, but would like to address the root of the issue before I install it. Thank you!!

i have a '13 with both primary and secondary radiators. got the secondary when they first came out and haven't had any problems with it. But i have had issues with the primary. The first one the tubes that go through the fins sprung a leak on the passenger side. The replacement has also started to leak but I haven't gotten around to replacing it and not sure where it is leaking from and it is leaking on both driver and passenger sides.

2013 6.7. I went through 4 sets until I realized the body mounts is what was causing my leaks. I replaced my body mounts with S&B and have not had any leaks in 4 years

I like tinkering taking things apart but man this looks like a lot of work

My radiators had a slow leak on the bottom drivers side corner since I bought my truck in 2016…. I’ll probably just continue adding half a jug of coolant every oil change. Replacing the radiator looks like a ton of work and skill.

It really is not bad, just bag and tag the bolts and nuts and you'll be good

Good video! I don’t need to replace my rad but am replacing my oil cooler hose and found this helpful. Does the metal clip have to be pulled up to clip into the other hoses? Can Vaseline be used as lube to get the hoses back on their respective make ends?

I have a 2018 super duty, when will you have a secondary radiator for it?

The primary rad was leaking.

Any issues with these mishimoto radiators to date? Looking into them, but have read lots of horror stories.

We have had good luck with Mish. Also, they have a lifetime warranty, if there is a problem, Mishimoto will fix.
