@@chantellea1932 If this is occurring during the pairing process, then make sure that your light on the side of your product is still flashing rapidly. Also make sure that your projector and Device are close to your Wi-Fi Router when pairing to the app. Regards, Easy As That

Hey so a common thing I've seen here is about the stars being green and not changeable! It's a thing I also found confusing, but it's to do with the brightness of lasers. Green is essentially the clearest colour (besides purple which could genuinely blind you) so it would be the most effective way for the stars to show up clearly ✨

Can the stars change colour at all or do they always have to be green?

Idk if it's been asked already, but can you help me with the music sync? How does that work?

Can you use this without the app. Just looks too complicated with the phone set up

@Suga Papi The projector displays mainly RBG colours. To get two colours at once, simply drag the colour selector between two RBG colours (Red, Green it Blue). Next, if you would like to add a third colour, simply set the slider underneath the brightness control to 0%. This will add a third colour. I have one and love it. have it all setup. one question i do have is Do other peoples lasers jolt or skip after a little why? it does it once ever so often and drives me nuts. never used to do this. only had it 3 weeks

Hi, I really want to get this for my child’s bedroom to help him become less scared of being in his bedroom at night but I’m worried about if it gets hot running overnight/for 8ish hours at a time? Does the unit or power adapter get hot running for that period of time? Thankyou 😊

Thanks for your question! I tested this today, and the projector power plug reached 36 Degrees Celsius after being on for 10 hours, which isn’t very hot at all. So basically, leaving it on a night won’t be a problem. Regards, Easy As That

@Pan Tigg Have you made sure that the lasers are turned on? I show how to do this at 5:25 in the video. Just tap the toggle switch in the top right hand corner of the Laser Menu. If you are still unable to get the lasers to turn on, try removing it from the app (by long pressing its icon on the home screen of the app and tapping delete), and pairing it again.Please feel free to reply to this comment for any further help. Mine wouldn’t even turn on, I tried it in multiple power points and not once did it power up. I’ve returned it but I am worried about ordering a second one incase it happens again :(

hello! any idea why mine won't light up when I plug it in ?

Does this projector have a actual night sky where its like planetarium with Orion's belt and so on . If its just random white dots and blotches of colours acting like nebulas , its basically a light up device for kids rooms .

i just bought this yesterday and have tried all 3 ways possible to connect it to my phone but it just won’t. it continues to say “adding timeout” right before it finishes downloading but it seems to work for everyone else..super disappointed

You could try resetting the projector. To do this you have to press and hold the button on the side for 5 seconds, until the light blinks rapidly. @Stuart M You need to connect the projector to a 2.4ghz network when setting it up. Unfortunately, a 5ghz network won’t work. However, after the projector is paired to the app, your phone can use whatever ghz network you like or even cellular data. Regards, Easy As That

@kneeloo This may either be just a glitch, or the product may be faulty. You could try removing the device from the app and then adding it again. To do this, long press/hold the projector’s icon on the home screen of the app, and then tap delete. Now try pairing the product again as shown in the video. If the motor still fails to work, you could take it back to Kmart to get a refund or replacement. Sorry for the late reply. Regards, Easy As That

@Terence Gilbert Yes, I’ve heard people say that they are able to use their phone’s hotspot instead of Wi-Fi. You just set your hotspot name as the Wi-Fi name, and then password as your hotspot password when pairing it to the app. Let me know if you need any help with this. The projector usually only covers the ceiling, or a wall. However, it could cover a small room, if you position it far away. Please feel free to reply to this comment for any further help. @Izzywizfiz 2006 Try changing your phrase that you use for Siri to something a bit less general, so that it doesn’t get confused with a HomeKit accessory. Unfortunately, there is no way to change the colour of the stars. You could try lowering the brightness of the stars, to help them blend in the colour of the galaxy. Regards, Easy As That

@Trisha No, this isn’t normal. Let’s try to reset your device. Go to your home screen, and long press on the Star Projector. Now delete it from the app. Next follow the setup instructions again, and see if the problem persists. @@easyasthat1949 I did all of that and if I'm at 17-21% the stars are just lines and even at 22% you can see the Lazer is pulsing, I'm going to take it to the shop I got it from and see if they will exchange due to it being faulty as $69 isn't exactly cheap

How bright is it at 100%

@hayley ! I found no specific wattage or brightness on the box, however I had no issues with it being either too bright, or too dark. You could always lower brightness in the app, as I’m sure full brightness will be enough. Regards, Easy As That

Also make sure that you are completing this setup process within three minutes of the projector light starting to blink rapidly. Finally, ensure that you have a 2.4GHz network that you are connecting it to. I also have one more way to fix this if these don’t work, so just let me know if you need it. Regards, Easy As That

Thanks for the video but I don't think the stars look that good. They should be randomly placed but looks like they are In repeating pattern so doesn't look realistic

Yes, I have ran some heat tests, and it doesn't get too hot, so you should be alright. You could also put it on a timer in the app., so it turns off after 1 hour. Let me know if you need any help using that feature. Sorry for the late reply. Regards, Easy As That

@MarQu3 I agree, the green lasers can definitely overpower the Nebula Galaxy, how ever you can turn them down to a low brightness setting, or turn them off all together. I mentioned this information in review at 14:07 in the video. Regards, Easy As That
