LOL... we checked later... all good! Yes, they sell VERY early sometimes. I have clients that contracted two years or more before they got to move in!
Beautiful! We’re building in the last phase of highland ranch, nice to see the evolution of the area since we’re stuck out of state till our house is done!

We have mentioned the pollution problems many times in other videos. Not sure if we did here. At last check it was improving but obviously still a problem!
Mineola is a nightmare,it used to be nice but its getting to big, traffic is a nightmare anymore !

What town is more affordable? Minneola or Groveland? Love Clermont want to be close as possible and what's the average size for yards in New construction homes? Also need to be close to schools and shopping

Groveland is more affordable (generally) than Minneola. Basically the further you get away from Downtown Orlando or Disney, the better it gets!

Not quite sure what the issue is... seems fine on our end. Sometimes it is the Stereo vs Mono setting on your KZread. Sorry you are having trouble!
This area was beautiful until developers stripped it down to nothing but housing.

There are still some beautiful, natural areas in Minneola, but you are definitely correct that a lot of it has been developed. Even though we know so many people that would like to move here, we get so sad when we see areas being cleared!
