Myself and my family moved from NJ last year to Minneola Florida. We bought our home in June 2022 for 570k. I'm one street away from Clermont. Clermont is attached to Minneola as Minneola is a smaller area than Clermont. A lot of people in Minneola work in Clermont. Winter garden and Ocoee is only 20 minutes away where some people work as well. Other people work in Orlando which is only 28 to 30 minutes away. Minneola shares a lot of amenities with Clermont like bike trail, parks and lakes so there's more. You could use anyone of them. Right now they're building a shopping area with restaurants and movie theater in Minneola. Beautiful place to live

is the new road open which is supposed to cut down the time getting to Orlando? if so, has it?

Hi dawn Are you talking about the Connector road Fosgate Rd to Highway 27 fosgate on the other side of the turnpike which will be connected to Citrus Grove Road. Those plans are aready underway. Per the Minneola face book page 😊

Hey thanks for the videos. Me and the wife are in the market for a home. Your videos are helpful and informative. Just a tip and something I noticed in this video. You should loose the Gum when doing the presentations. Not a good look when your speaking and i see this white thing looking like it’s about to pop out of your mouth. Just looking out take care and God bless.

Hey Tony thanks for watching the channel Funny you bring this up me and Pam have spoke about this and we agree with what your saying but some insight if you may when we are on site we can’t take up to much of the builders time we have to setup and we have to know what we are going to say during the presentation so things slip my mind when shooting these videos due to getting our ducks in a row, I have heard it all from my viewers ( who I love and appreciate ) like you about the gum, (lol )to hey stop your i watch from ringing, to stop snapping your fingers in the video and for the most part we try to comply but we also know that hey we are human things happen and this is not a Hollywood production 😂😂😂 but I get it !!
