Thanks for the review, I loved this film. For simply able to bring a bit more emotions to this Super Hero Journe, rather than now a days super hero movies, going about who has biggest blast, who has biggest VFX. Minnal Murali has a good strong origin story to start with for both Villian and Hero. And if we like the character of Villian more, then it is the success of that emotional connect , writing and acting powers of the Guru. let me talk about my views on some of the thoughts which you had. For me they both struck by the same lightning that night, and I would expect them to get the same powers. It's just that the villain figured it out earlier than the Hero. You told that all of a sudden the hero possesses the same powers, but you failed to notice that the kid and Jaison were trying to test it out with pebbles early on, and they walked out thinking that they dont have it. But after they left the stone did fall out, which indicate the presence of that power with Jaison, but not realized yet. Having said that I would like to have some Unique powers, which is really tough nowadays with every Ant, Sand Super, Bat , Spider and n number of other 'man's around and having to have some or the other powers.

Great observations! To me the stone on top falling, I thought thats just natural because of an imbalance... Try stacking anything up .. it will hold for sometime before the the top part could fall especially it its round object. Maybe they could have shown it completely fall apart quickly, which makes it obvious that it's a supernatural force. Having said that, you're right ... I think thats what the director was attempting to show. About unique powers - something being hard doesn't mean impossible..that's precisely the job of the writers! Infact the flaw is, they already went with an element (thunder/lightning)thats already done as a source of power...so I don't even think being unique was the writers goal from the start.... Now at least to make things a bit more interesting.. If you ask me, I would've leaned more into the elements of 'lightning' itself to create a set of powers rather than a scramble of random powers we've all seen before. E.g. Just like lighting - MM can appear out of the blue anywhere he chooses, maybe as long as it's not clear sky, lightning causes thunder so another power can be sound wave, another can blinding flash that stuns people etc. etc. These are just my thoughts :) I hope they continue to develop the characters in the movie and be as creative as possible.
