Hi, more videos coming soon; however regarding the app, it doesn't work with minirig 4, you have to wait for them to release the new app, in the meantime it is possible to connect with the chrome app for minirig 4 available at the link in the support section in the relevant app item.

Good initial unboxing and basic sound review, I really like the inclusions but I would like to see whether it with lipsync with windows for watching movies and tv via streaming services such as youtube and Netflix as that's the main reason I'm considering it.

I have a question, is the Minirig 4 pairable with the 3?? That would be amazing!!

hi, it is possible to connect them in mono or stereo but only via cable, perhaps there is the possibility of making them play together via Bluetooth on Android in double mono with double audio functionality supported by BT 5.0 and above

Thanks for the video! 😊 I’ll be very interested in a direct comparison with the Minirig 3. - Especially the sound and Bluetooth stability/range. (I’m guessing the 3 and 4 may sound identical?)

hi, I started listening to them recently, other videos "coming soon" and there will also be a comparison between the two obviously, first impression comparing it with the minirig 3 in high gain (from 4 it is no longer possible to alternate the gain it would seem unified, perhaps with the release of the new app) I have just started the comparison but the first impression is that at high volumes, max the minirig 4 maintains more bass and the sound more balanced, the minirig 3 tends to open up more and reduce the bass but at higher volumes normal I feel the minirig 3 is richer in the bass with a heavier beat, the mini 4 seems to have a less pronounced but deep bass, defined highs well isolated from the rest.

How are you finding the battery life? Mine has been disappointing so far, 5hrs playing at 60% volume. I like the design, but at the moment I get more joy from the MR3.

@@Justinbulk Hi, since I fully recharged it I have played music for about 8-9 hours and at the moment it shows 70% of Charge from app, but I have only used it at higher volumes for about 1 hour, the rest are at normal listening level, actually 5 hours at 60% seems very little, has it really run down completely, turned off? Because I saw that the app goes haywire every now and then, for example 1 time the equalizer went haywire and I heard higher or lower frequencies even though it showed the eq at standard levels, but the battery percentage also seemed incorrect. In fact Minirig claims 5 hours at 100% volume, have you tried speaking to support? Anyway I will continue to test the battery and see what the actual duration will be, I usually carry out the test on at least 4 percentages, 30-50-70-100% Volume. I encounter another problem with the app, namely that the settings are not maintained every time you turn off the minirig like with the old minirig, we hope that with the arrival of the real app this thing will be resolved because it would be really annoying.

Yes I am in touch with support. I have tested it twice from fully charged to switching itself off, no higher than 70% volume and both times it has gone flat after circa 5 hours.

@@Justinbulk I don't think it's normal for it to last so little, I'm curious to see how long mine will last in testing; I'm currently contacting support for another problem, I've tested my minirig 4 on various devices and on none of them it reconnects every time you turn it on... are you having problems or do you have to connect it manually every time you turn it on?

Ciao, sul nuovo Minirig 4 sono disponibili i codec AAC/SBC. Si uscirà la recensione completa ma ci vorrà un po' di tempo, al momento se può esserti utile ho pubblicato un video confronto con il Minirig 3 e un video che mostra l'utilizzo dell'app, puoi trovarli all'interno del canale, un saluto 👋

Grazie per la info! Ma questo sembra un downgrade, il miniring 3 aveva il codec aptx, aac e sbd non sono il massimo, anzi tutto per chi ha un android

@@guillermoleniz2740 in effetti per chi ha ios non ci sono differenze perché tanto aptx o ldac non sono supportati ma per chi ha android fa la differenza, forse hanno tolto questo codec anche per i problemi di connettività del minirig 3

it may not have the same balance out of the box since the minirig 4 uses a 50w amp instead of the 40w all of the 3 series did. this can be tweaked in app if it's bothersome though!

@@Kaofie thank you! Do you think that then I should get 2x minirig 4 and one sub3, or "wait" until sub4 comes out (which is unknown)? As in, do you think that this 50w vs 40w can actually be balanced out in the for it to not be an issue? Thanks, I am new to this so not sure if my question makes sense!

​@@tinhadziveljkovic3992definitely go for 2 minirigs4 and wait for the woofer4 to be released. Then save some cash and get 2 subs. Iv had all minirigs so far except for the minis and 2 minirigs in stereo is much more enjoyable than lets say 1 minirig and 1 sub. You will be very pleased with the sub, but 2 of them is just better

​@tinhadziveljkovic3992 They have no immediate plans on a sub4. I visited the store and had a good chat,but it was so busy in there.
