The 2 links in the description don’t seem to be right. The shoulder bag link goes to the rennen recycled pouch site and the cooler link takes you to the recycled cross body. Even searching for them on the BS site doesn’t show them. Unless they just aren’t for sale yet?

Just checking, is the field space actually compatible? I would have thought it was too tall to dock with the magnets.

Rebecca, the Port Kitt is compatible with the Rennen series. The Fieldspace may not be compatible with the Rennen, better suited for the Prima system. Cheers -Theo

Certainly. It's called the ACC strap: www.boundarysupply.com/products/acc-strap?_pos=2&_psq=shoulder+strap&_ss=e&_v=1.0 . More a modular add-on than full padded shoulder strap.

Hi. I have a few questions on the Tote. if I want to pack it, does it lay pretty flat? How comfortable is it on the shoulder? Does it stay on the shoulder well (and not tend to slide off)? And last is a general question on totes. How comfortable (in general) are they compared to backpacks holding similar volume. Thanks so much.

The Tote lays flat when packed, stays comfortably on the shoulder without sliding off, and offers a stylish alternative to backpacks with easy accessibility. If you have further questions, feel free to ask:)

Very disappointed they decided to use velcro on the shoulder bag vs magnets like they did on the tote.

Sorry to hear that, it can be disappointing when the choice of closure mechanism doesn't align with your expectations, especially if you were drawn to the sleekness of magnet closures on their other products. Have you found the velcro closure to be less convenient or durable in your everyday use?

@@RushfasterTV I find velcro to come off a little cheap. I'm not a fan of how it looks, feels, or the noise it makes. I no that might seem nitpicky, but it's just my personal preference. Magnates are so sleek and satisfying to work with. Since they also sit under the material you can't seem them.

Does anyone here use a tote? It seems like the worst bag configuration. Maybe a clutch is worse.

@@dinimakhmudov1674 perfect. In what way is this different from an actual backpack? Most modern backpacks have handles to carry when not on the back. I’m not concerned with aesthetics. I’m wondering about functionality. I’m assuming that this is just as competent a backpack as something comparable. So, a 150-200 backpack. Sternum strap. Hydration compatible. A bottle pocket accessible from the exterior. A safe compartment for sunglasses. A laptop compartment that holds the laptop off the ground when set on the ground. Ergonomic straps. Air channels in the back for breathability. Normal backpack stuff.

@@zero11010 The totepack does look and function like a backpack when it’s on your shoulders. For me, I am 5’5”, it sits higher up my back where a backpack would sit lower down my back. The straps can be adjusted, but still. Another difference would be that the straps here can be placed into a designated pocket when not in use. Most traditional backpacks cannot do that. Think of this tote as a hybrid, where it can function fully as a backpack when you want it to do so.

@@zero11010 Also, the Totepack does have two large collapsible pockets inside that can hold a 750 ml water bottle, or an umbrella. It also has a sunglasses pocket inside one of the vertical front pockets. Overall, a solid choice; it holds just the right amount of stuff for my daily needs.
