    Tess are really cool, I’ll definitely pick one up from your website. Also, one thing I appreciate about you and your shop compared to most other metal fab KZreadrs is how clean you keep your shop. My tools share the garage with our home gym and the kids stuff so I’m constantly having to clean up and/or work out in the driveway

    Awesome work Philip! put Copper BB's in mine. The Lead Shot is a good idea though, because you can use a much smaller size, (like #9) thus making it more dense which equals more weight. I think I will pick up a couple just to add to my Arsenal, and possibly get myself a House of Chop slap for my Shop. :)

    Thanks man from one Philip to another! I’ve used BBs in the past they work great too. Like you said the #8 shot is without a doubt squeezing a bit more weight into those tight spaces but I do believe both work well. Thank you again for the view and the comment. 🙌🏼🙇🏻

    Thank you for watching. That’s a great question. That truck looks a whole lot nicer than it actually is and is currently being taken apart for a total overhaul. When I’m done restoring it the truck will no longer be sitting there. Much of what goes on in that shop would make a mess of the paint. Thank you again for watching any taking a moment to leave a comment.

    Is there a reason why you would choose to make the finger it self out of a material that melts at a lower temp than steel?

  • @HouseofChop

    @HouseofChop

    Жыл бұрын

    It’s in no danger of reaching those temps and the conductivity of the copper is the reason for using it. It is used to eliminate unwanted arc strikes.

    The cost differential of the solid stock would make me have to put them at an unsaleable price point. If you were building one or two and could clip a small section it would absolutely really the way to go.

    @@HouseofChop Didn't realize the cost of Round Stock would cost more than the materials you used plus (3 pieces to make the can then drill the hole and fill it and 3 machines plus the time it took to draw and then cut it out plus the costs of material) the labor that went into making them ($/Hr. added cost) Labor Costs something does it not? I "think" that if you put it all together, then the cost would actually be less. Would it not?

There is no art and no life in this...to keep a good mind in the game it has to be LOTS more rewarding and satisfying.....but if this is all a person needs...then good for them...
