My very first dog I had growing up would do that She would run between the entrance to my house and into my parents bed room and turn around to run back through the kitchen to the front door every time my dad got home Day after day It was basically her greeting ritual and I found it so funny This pig reminded me of her

Considering they are scavengers/very low on the food chain, its no surprise a prey animal would have the ability to move fast, as that's what generally keeps them alive.

@@valkaerie8715 Are they really that low in the food chain? I'd say that in the wild, besides the apex predators of their habitat they don't have much to fear, especially when they grow. The speed is probably mostly for escaping when they're young, but it is also used in attacking once they grow, ramming their opponents. They can have mean tusks too. Omnivores that live in packs usually, and they're smart. In the food chain I'd rate them pretty high. Edit: but yeah, I guess this is about the really tiny ones. They don't have much offensive in them lol.

Cows are just as sweet. When I was in Russia visiting my Grandma, there were cows on a big meadow in front of the house. There was also a small calf. I loved it so much. I petted it on every occasion. She was always so happy when I visited her. My brother thought it was weird hanging out with a calf. But I didn’t care.

No the pigs arnt starved -n- thats bullcrap. They are pot belly pigs and yes people do often buy them under false pre-tenses thinking they will be smaller or lighter than what they get to be. Like dogs they come in sizes, and like with dogs humans are breeding them to be smaller and smaller. How do they do that:? They breed two runts, to try to get smaller babies and follow the lines to get smaller and smaller. Unless your abusing your animal, they are not underfed. Like with pygmi goats and other specifically bred to be smaller animals they typically rock fat "pot" bellys. Its just breeding to get them smaller.

It's not bullcrap, there's NO such thing as teacup pig. Research it and learn the truth for yourselves. As you mentioned, they are often sold under false pretense. I lived near a sanctuary rescuing these pigs; not bullcrap. Yes, they do try to breed smaller and always come with health complications. No potbellied pig can naturally be this small. Breeders are misleading buyers intentionally.

We need to protect these babies. They have to live a long, happy life. It’s not bad to eat meat and pork. Some people think you only eat what you hate and that farmers don’t love their herd. But it’s wrong. What is bad is the mistreatment they receive in the industry. Industrial methods are the bad guy. I’d love for animals to roam freely in nature but we, humans, have fully colonized every patch of grass in the world. With how we changed the environment, they wouldn’t survive if we simply let them free. They would go extinct. The best we can do is making sure that in agriculture they have the best life they can. That they have a large pasture, that they eat well, are treated well, see other animals and that they would pass away without suffering. Make sure to support a thoughtful farmer ! Changing your alimentation toward higher quality products, less industrial products - even if it means eating less meat in the week as you usually would - is the best way we can globally make farmers improve. Of course depending on your country it can be costly and you shouldn’t feel bad if you can’t afford it. But think about it, it’s better for your health. Do it when you can. Ironically what is best for our well-being is also what is best for animals’.
