Mini pendant tutorial with micro stone setting - 'Litill'
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
In this tutorial I want to show you how to create a micro pendant using undrilled diamond cut gemstones. (You can use a drilled bead instead if the setting is too small for you to make) I will show you how to create the base shape, create the setting and secure your stones and how to finish your piece.
Hope you enjoy and please let me now what you think in the comments!

I dont usually like wire wrapped gems, but your wire designs are amazing!
You are THE BEST wire wrapper I have seen. It's just such a pleasure to watch you work.

Thanks for sharing, it's such a pleasure to learn from you. I would love to see a video of you fixing up the wire when it's not bent the way you intended, For an example when you first made the frame and the two ends going into the bail weren't symmetrical. Peace 🙃

Hi , amazing design! If i make it and sell in my shop is that possible? Or is it your specific design which cant be used?
@ImbaliCrafts
Жыл бұрын
You can sell them no problem, the only thing I ask is to not mass produce my designs and to include a mention. 😊
Do you make up the designs as you go or do you sketch it out on paper first? Im using this video as my first teaching lesson. Im looking to get into wire jewelry making. This piece looks beautiful, would it be good if i use resin with a brush to coat the wires and keep them in place or its fine without it?❤❤❤❤
@ImbaliCrafts
3 күн бұрын
I sometimes sketch it up in advance but very often I just design as I go along. I am not a fan of coating wires, because often stuff gets rubbed off, exposing parts of the piece to air, and hence causing it to oxidise, making the design look patchy. Also, resing and other coatings are not really meant to sit in contact with skin, and I would be worried about the chemicals being absorbed.
Does this work for cabochon too or only faceted stones?
@ImbaliCrafts
Жыл бұрын
This can also work for a cab, you just need to make sure the support at the back are holding the stone in place as wellas the top.
Which gauges are used for what part. Main base, small coil base and small coil. Then, you use a length to finish it off. I’m new to this, it’ll be my first project. I’m not familiar with coiling at all. I’ll watch your cooking video, but I’m not sure how it will translate to this size fir me being a beginner. If you could advise, I’d be extremely grateful 🙂

Hi there, I advise of the gauges and lengths during the video. The information is in text at the start of a new technique :)
