Part 2 of the Jetstream Adventure Boats mini jet boat build. In this video we finish tacking up the sides, bow, and rear wings. This kit is going to be a total of 14 feet overall length with swim grid, 4 seater engine cover, 1/4" hull, 1/8" sides, full 1/2" UHMW on bottom and side chines, lexan walk through front window, powered by Seadoo 260 Supercharged rotax motor.

When I build boats and it comes to putting the sides on, I always start from the front and move towards the rear.
boat looks awesome. Just wondering what is your welder set up?? Welder and spool gun. What type of Miller welder and is it a miller spool gun?? If so which one.

miller 220 multimatic, spool mate 150 I think
Do you remember what the strap on the bow was for at 2:44? I’m trying to close up a gap between the bow and the deck..I was wondering if you ran into the same problem.

used it to pull the bottom of the hull up to close the gap up front, maybe bringing everything together easier
