Is it works for full body fat loss?

Just bought this today (28th. Dec 2018). The display monitor stop functioning after a couple of try (cycling). The display can't be taken off either (in case of replacing the battery). Hope I can have a new replacement tomorrow. :(

I just brought one of these from Kmart today. I'm hoping it does something I try and get out every day to exercise but due to my son having epilepsy and it been summer I cannot get out everyday.

Won’t make you an athlete😁, but it keeps the blood pumping the knees and legs and hip area from seizing up on you 👍🏾

You should have 2-3 of them hahaha. One in the living room, one in your bedroom, and one in your office. However, its nice to get an mini-elliptical if you can afford it to keep things varied. Another good one is a rebounder/ mini-trampoline. You can run in place on it for a long time, do jumping jacks for 5 mins, and it only takes 5 seconds to set up. There is an eletric cycle generator you can get as well to power your tablets, cell phones, laptop. Other varied exercise machines are a foldable electric kick-scooter, manual lawnmower, manual grinders, body-weights like a bookbag on both the front & back.

@1:50 That's the problem with it. It skids on pedalling so you cant put pressure on high resistance. Defeats the purpose!

A customer shouldnt have to do this, but I put mine in front of a box, which is in front of a dressar. I was pounding at it pretty good, and it stayed in place. Also, I am buying four dolleys- you can get them at Walmart. Gluing the "wood" together and making a square, it should stay in place 💁💪

It will help u when u go with proper diet.

However you're not supposed to use this with bare feet or socks alone. You're supposed to wear appropriate walking shoes.

is it normal for it to heat up so much that the metal parts of the pedal arm get to above water boiling temperature?

@@kweenjade01 am using the exact same one and I have the same heat problem I think it's because the tightening bold is made from a thicker metal than the pedal bars true they do get very hot but other than that I don't think it's anything serious to worry about hope this helps.

It would've been nice to HEAR the machine, instead of the hoky music. But, even so, it appears rather flimsy at 1:16. Guess I'll keep looking. Checked your link. Then noticed your publishing date of six years ago, after seeing it is no longer available, LOL.

If you want to lose more weight put a blanket in the middle of your chair so that its more like a "bicycle" seat. This lets you use your bigger muscles like your but & leg muscles more. I got two of these but I broke them : (. If you have a source high enough heat you can fuse the parts together again.

it is. but if you sit at your computer for 8 hours you will burn over 1000 calories while doing whatever you already do every day. if every obese person used this there won't be any obese people left in the world aslong as they don't eat over 2000 calories a day
