The scan icon is not lit up on my computer. How did you get the scan to work

Hi, can you show how you got the scan on the display?

How is the resistance measured (1 - 10, for example, or more like 1 - 100)?

Thank you for this vid it really helped. I just got the same bike but im having problem witht the resistance levels. Turning the wheel doesnt do anything and it feels like it's stuck on the hardest level. Do you know maybe how you can fix this??

Oh i am sorry you are facing that problem,check the connection at the central column if it's okay better then replace it or refund.i don't know something else that may help.

For someone who is 1.81 is it ok ?. And what about the resistance ?
