Fuses and Relays are usually the first thing you wanna check when you have a electrical issue from a headlight to air sensors on the engine . Here is a layout of the fuse box with all the locations I found / discovered . This fuse diagram might be similar if not identical to other cars as well .

Brilliant. I have a 2013 Countryman One D 1.6 D. Fuel starvation. Garage said it needs a new fuel pump, but worse, it's blown the relay. A local electrician said the fuse box in the engine bay has the fuel pump relay integrated into the fuse box, so, it's not a pull out push in relay, I'll need a new fuse box, about £700.

I pulled the "black relay" in the fuse box on the passenger side footwell, and my front wipers turned on and I could not turn them off without the relay reinserted. Seems the relay controls the front wipers,
