You get minerals from foods, so what is removed from water is negligible.

Exactly, and minerals in water are just dirt, and it’s just elemental minerals that don’t absorb well and cause stones. This dr is talking rubbish

No when you drink water you need salt. If you drink water with no trace minerals you won’t hydrate as effectively and it can actually be bad

@@DrewTimmermansND Get your minerals from food only. minerals in water are just dirt, and it’s just elemental minerals that don’t absorb well and cause stones. Minerals we need must FIRST be absorbed by plants & then animals and then we either eat the plants or animals. We can’t eat dirt to get minerals and the minerals in water are as I said just dirt and inorganic minerals of no real use and damaging. Only minerals worth adding are trace Minerals once a day. Magnesium isn’t in the water but it’s worth taking it as a supplement

@@vivianserena6825the best recommendation is depending on how many gallons of water and what is the source of your water , also I don't know everything about it though the research is what I'm doing for the Best for my needs ( and my aquariums) but one of the best things to consider is to keep the pre filter in mind and if the crap in your or my water is really bad it pays to replace the pre-filter early so it won't create more costly problem$ which is also the main cause for most of the wasted water that all RO Units are going to make . So a cheap way to avoid wasting water etc. (3 wasted gallons in the process to make 1 gallon of pure RO) BULK REEF SUPPLY is looking good for me , good luck with your choice. Home Depot has a few worth a look 🧊

Just eat Sea Moss with your Osmosis water and maybe a dash of Celtic salt and you’ll be straight.

A combat to this is to use sea moss gel which has a good amount of daily minerals that are needed for the human body or shilajit tar which can be mixed into a glass of water, takes like 3 mins. Both are great but also costly.

If your water has minerals - you are either drinking mineral water from springs or your city did not cleaned your water properly :) The thing that makes water stay in the body is called NaCl - salt. You get salt from almost anything. This is why you don't listen everything you hear on YT.

Yes but people with scurvy still could be getting some vitamin C its the dosage. Water factually strips minerals primarily salt from the body its a hypotonic solution, even mineral water is hypotonic compared to our body just less hypotonic. Drinking too much is lethal, and has killed many athletes in the past. Cramping is also heavily associated, although that's more minerals potassium. If can say from personally experience you can notice some difference if you workout granted i recognize placebo is thing, and you don't know me so this isn't very much evidence. Still when I drunk some water with out added minerals. I actually started to kind of black out while standing up. Gatorade, powerade, etc. Work very well though. While mineral water delays loosing salt. Those add minerals and the sort. While mineral water isn't important besides taste for most people, when your working out it can be healthy to use it. If your working out for hours in a setting no breaks no food, and drinking a lot of water. ie. Typical sports conditions. Then it can be deadly.

As a medical professional, take what this doc says with a grain of salt. Many of the minerals you “add back in” to RO water aren’t well absorbed and if you add too much can even cause stones as well. Be very careful with the information you see online. Do your own research before blindly listening to others

Why not just sprinkle sea salt or pink salt on your food? Does it have something to do with hydration? Also, if you eat watermelon, you will get more hydration than water, from what I understand. Pretty much all fruits and veg are hydrating and contain minerals.

Rain water, before it touches the Earth is one of the best sources of water around (before pollution). A normal diet has plenty of salts, and unless you run a blood battery that shows a deficiency, salts are unnecessary... In fact, it would be easy to argue that the modern diet has too much salt overall, which leads to hypertension.

  • @RT-qz5ci

You people don’t get it. Nobody is relying on water for their minerals. RO water will increase your need for electrolytes and minerals from other sources. For some it’s not a big deal. For someone like me, who fasts often, it puts me in a deficit and causes a lot of bad symptoms. This video is facts even if it doesn’t apply to you
